2019 Calendar Contest

Calling aspiring artists of all ages! We want to see what you’ve got! We’re looking for your most creative work to add to Foundation Care’s 2019 calendar!

Not only do you have the chance to see your artwork hang on the wall for an entire month, you could also win a $50 Gift Card! All you have to do is submit a high-quality (300dpi resolution) photograph by the submission deadline (August 17, 2018) to have a chance to be featured in Foundation Care’s 2019 calendar.

Submissions are for the following Categories:

  • January 2019 - Winter/New Year
  • February 2019 - Valentine's Day
  • March 2019 - St. Patrick's Day
  • April 2019 - Spring
  • May 2019 - CF Awareness Month
  • June 2019 - Summer
  • July 2019 - Independence Day
  • August 2019 - Summer
  • September 2019 - Creativity
  • October 2019 - Halloween
  • November 2019 - Fall
  • December 2019 - Holiday Celebration

*One $50 Gift Card and calendar will be given to the winner of EACH month. Multiple entries are allowed and encouraged! Remember: no photographs of people.
